- Along with minor edits as needed, I generally offer two major revisions per each of my three project phases:

- I'm currently available for commissions unless I say otherwise!
- There is some information that I would like right away. Please be sure to provide project type, visual references, and any other details to discuss beyond the commission's original scope. I can respond quickly and accurately this way!
- I reserve the right to choose which commissions to take (mainly to pace myself properly). Don't be afraid to ask if there's something that I can do, even if not listed here! (ex: stream assets, animated drawings, pixel illustrations, sprites, etc.)
- I reserve the rights to stream/post my work progress and display works in my portfolio, but can make exceptions if needed! Be sure to specify if this is the case (such as for VTuber designs).Contact
- You can reach me with questions/requests via the contact methods linked below! I check these channels at least weekly.
- I'm usually able to complete commissions within 60 days of accepting them! Completion time is often shorter as time allows (~1-3 weeks on average).Payment
- Please be sure to pay the full price upfront, after I've accepted the commission and we've agreed on the details! I currently take payments through Ko-Fi, using Stripe. (No PayPal, sorry! However, Stripe supports a variety of payment methods.)
- I'll accept refund requests before the date that I start the project. Afterwards, I'll finish within the estimated time frame - or offer a refund if it can no longer be completed after then.
- Any payment made through the commission listing on my Ko-Fi page constitutes an agreement to these terms for legal purposes. Payments made before an agreement was reached will simply be refunded. Put simply, ordering a commission means that you’ve agreed to the terms and won't try to chargeback or anything like that.For personal/commercial use...
- Your commissions are yours to use for any personal use! This includes profile pictures, banners, and emote use in streams & videos.
- Commercial rights are +50% of the subtotal to account for extra attention to detail (such as merch-specific designs). If we agree to this, you're welcome to use the work for promotional use, merchandise, videos, stream assets, game assets, etc.! This may vary depending on the project.Copyright
This section is mostly common sense things, written to protect myself and my work as an artist.
- Artworks are the work of their creators, but characters (in both fanart & originals) belong to their owners. Please be aware of any applicable third parties' copyright rules!
- I keep ownership of copyrights on my artwork that I don't specifically license to others, but the uses listed above are perfectly okay!

- Please don't reuse or resell any of my work, including in any type of cryptocurrency, NFT, or AI weirdness. Such reuse is strictly prohibited.
